Our Rosato made out of 100% Syrah grapes. A fresh and serious Tuscan Summer wine with its distinctive copper-red color.

Can be ordered in 6-bottle cases.

Vinification

Grapes are picked by hand in small baskets and pressed to extract the juice. Alcoholic fermentatin is spontaneous with natural yeasts and carried out at low tempereatures to preserved the aromas of the wine.

Vintage

A warm year in the summer and relatively cool fall. Early budburst and little rainshowers in summer, allowed slow ripening of the very healthy fruits. The wines of 2019 are very full and ripe.

Syrah gives this wine the powerful fruit and colour that differentiates it from French Rosés. A serious wine to be enjoyed both in the sun and at the dinner table.
