Our Rosato made out of 100% Syrah grapes. A fresh and serious Tuscan Summer wine with its distinctive copper-red color.

Maturation

Six months in stainless steel at low temperatures

Vinification

Grapes are picked by hand in small baskets and pressed to extract the juice. Alcoholic fermentatin is spontaneous with natural yeasts and carried out at low tempereatures to preserved the aromas of the wine.
